1General Terms & Conditions of Use

Good11bet is an online betting platform serving users of legal age in select countries, including Bangladesh. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between good11bet and the user.

By accessing good11bet or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

• Good11bet services are intended for personal and recreational use only.
• Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Good11bet reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• The Bengali version of these terms is the authoritative text — in the event of any dispute arising from translation, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Verification

A valid account is required to place bets at good11bet. It is each user's responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.

• Each person may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• Keeping account login credentials (password) strictly confidential is the user's responsibility. good11bet is not liable if credentials are shared with anyone.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Good11bet reserves the right to reject any registration request without providing a reason.

A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport may be required for KYC verification. This information is kept fully secure and used solely to confirm your identity.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

Good11bet is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Use of good11bet's services by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Providing a false date of birth at registration is a serious violation.
• Good11bet may request age verification documents at any time.
• Failure to provide documentation, or submission of false documents, will result in permanent account closure.
• Anyone who places bets on behalf of a minor will also be held liable.

4Deposit & Payment Rules

Deposits on good11bet can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

• Deposits must be made from your own payment account. Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your balance within 5 minutes.
• Funds from a failed deposit will be automatically returned to the sender's account.
• Good11bet does not charge any deposit fees — if a third-party payment provider applies a fee, that cost is the user's responsibility.
• Good11bet may temporarily hold a balance while investigating a suspicious deposit.

5Withdrawal Rules & Process

Good11bet is committed to paying out winnings quickly and reliably. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000 or more) may take up to 24 hours to process for verification.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Good11bet approves a maximum daily withdrawal of ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete.

No fees are charged for withdrawals. However, bank transfers may be subject to the bank's own charges.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all members when betting at good11bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳100. The maximum varies depending on the market and event.
• Bets placed before a match begins will be settled at the pre-determined odds.
• Odds in live betting can change rapidly — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, good11bet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded — though exceptions may apply in certain circumstances.
• If one selection in a parlay bet is voided, the remaining selections will be recalculated as a new parlay.
• The cash-out feature may not be available for all matches and markets.

7Bonus & Promotion Terms

Good11bet offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be wagered on specific markets or at minimum odds — this is clearly stated in each offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in account closure and bonus cancellation.
• Good11bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus balance will be deducted from the account.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on good11bet and will result in immediate action.

• Match Fixing: Any attempt to illegally influence the outcome of a match.
• Arbitrage Betting: Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for risk-free profit.
• Bots & Scripts: Using automated software to place bets or manage an account.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Money Laundering: Using good11bet for the purpose of money laundering.
• Third-Party Betting: Placing bets on behalf of others or using someone else's funds.
• Fraudulent Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

9Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Good11bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• If suspicious financial activity or potential fraud is detected.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user's registered payment account — this may be held until any ongoing investigation is concluded.

10Responsible Betting

Good11bet believes betting should be a source of fun — not addiction. We encourage all members to bet responsibly.
